This offer is for First-Time patients only, as an introduction to my practice and what I offer. After this session, we can discuss further treatment options. I require payment upon booking for new patients.

Pregnancy/Post Partum Massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting mothers and mothers with new babies. Cushions, semi-reclining, and side lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.NOTE: I offer First Trimester Sessions. Always consult your doctor if you are having medical concerns.

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes, to release targeted areas. Taking time for yourself by getting a therapeutic massage will ease your stress, allowing yourself to continue on a path of wellness. I cater my Therapeutic Massage to your needs to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. Treatments also provided upon request (limited to one per session): Salt Stone Therapy, Cupping/Gua Sha, and Aromatherapy.

I am offering additional therapies onto your main Therapeutic Massage as a compliment to your experience. These include cupping, Gua-Sha, Himalayan Salt Stone, or Basalt Stone massage. Please note that the add-on sessions are used for focus areas only.

Himalayan salt Stone Massage uses warm salt crystal stones to sue the way stress and tension, and promote an increased sense of well-being. The treatment promotes healthy blood sugar, helps lower blood pressure, supports a healthy respiratory system and sinuses. It also boosts bone health and prevents muscle cramps. Himalayan salt Stone massage also improves circulation, relieves anxiety and addresses insomnia. It lightly exfoliates the skin and is highly relaxing.

Reiki uses a technique commonly called Palm or hands on healing. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy (i.e. Reiki) through the palms, which is believed to allow self-healing and create a state of equilibrium.

Steam saunas allow your body to detox and relax by causing your body to sweat. This treatment can also help revitalize your body during fatigue. The steam sauna is a great addition to a Therapeutic Massage (before or after), or just on its own.

•massage cupping is a modern adaption of the ancient art of cupping therapy. Cupping uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body's soft tissues. ••Gua-Sha is a healing technique of traditional East Asian medicine. It is defined as instrument assisted unidirectional press-stroking of a lubricated area of the body surface to intentionally create Transitory Therapeutic petechiae called "Sha," representing extra evasion of blood in the subcutaneous layer.
